Returns & Exchanges Procedure
If the item you received did not meet your expectations, or if you ordered the wrong item by mistake, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, excluding our shipping and handling costs.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by calling our Customer Service at 510-558-1112. We will provide shipping instructions during this call.
- Ship your return merchandise using the shipping instructions provided.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. You will see the refund on your payment account within this timeframe.
Unopened Merchandise
"Unopened" is defined as merchandise in its original packaging, with all seals intact. Unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, excluding the original outbound shipping and handling charges and return shipping charges. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Opened Merchandise
"Opened" refers to merchandise whose original packaging has been opened or seals broken. Opened products and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover resale expenses. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Returned items must be in "like new" and resellable condition, complete with all original materials. They should be returned in the original packaging or similar quality packaging.
Engines
Engines that have been mounted, fueled, or run cannot be returned. If an engine is found to be defective, you must follow the manufacturer's warranty process.
Engine Powered Equipment
Due to federal shipping regulations, engine-powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it must be taken to an authorized service center for repair, which may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Damaged Products
Please inspect the goods before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you find any damage, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately so we can process the appropriate claims and coordinate an exchange for you.
Cancelled Orders
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If an order is refused, it will be treated as a return and fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping & handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
